Summer is wonderful time for the outdoors. Hiking, swimming,
bike riding, and more are just a few of the many activities that are popular
this season, but, unfortunately, not everyone can fully participate. Seniors,
the elderly and the physically disabled may not be adept at engaging in such intense
pastimes due to physical limitations. In
light of this, A-1 Home Care would like to reach out and help seniors and the disabled
in Burbank enjoy their summer by assisting them with exercises appropriate for their
abilities. How we intend to do this is by offering in home and 24 hour
